The old saying that prevention is better than cure could not hold more true than when you apply it to IT. Spending a little time taking care of your IT systems costs a lot less than waiting until your system breaks down.
With this is mind, all our customers have access to 2 levels of IT monitoring:-
Basic (free to all customers) – we monitor various parts of your IT systems and raise a support ticket immediately if a problem is found, once the ticket has been raised, we will contact you to let you know we have found a problem, at this point you can choose if you want us to take action to resolve the issue or not.
Monitoring+ (£7pm) – this includes everything in the basic package with the addition of fully managed Enterprise Level Antivirus, software update management and a monthly maintenance cleanup of your computer – with this package you can rest assured your computer software is in good health.
